Nov 20. 11:30-1pm, Gather & Nourish: Mindful Walking & Connection Conversation: Central Campus, Parr 0070 & Little Sugar Creek Greenway, Description: Inspired by celebrating the power of food to connect, heal, and nourish the body. A Light health lunch will be provided at parr, after the meal participants will walk with a partner and explore prompts that foster deeper human connection. The mindful walk and explore by walking session encourages both physical and emotional wellness (food provided).
