FREE access to education, job training, and employment for young adults!
NextGen Offers:
- Career guidance, exploration, and advising
- Scholarships for in-demand certifications and skills training
- Paid internships, apprenticeships, workplace tours, and job shadowing

- Mentoring, tutoring, supportive services and more!

Requirements:
- Age 16 – 24
- Various employment barriers (see website)
- Living in Mecklenburg County (Charlotte or surrounding cities)
- Not currently enrolled in school (Adult High School, GED®, CCR, and High School Equivalency students may be eligible)
