  • Learn About the Employers - Research the companies you’re interested in meeting. Check them out on Handshake, review their websites, and pay attention to their mission statements and any recent news.  
  • Polish Your Resume - Tailor your resume by highlighting skills and keywords from internship or job descriptions. Print multiple copies to bring with you to the event. 
  • Practice Your Introduction - Prepare a brief elevator pitch to introduce yourself, showcase your skills and experiences, and express your interest in the company and its opportunities. 
  • Dress to Impress - Make a great first impression! Need professional clothes? Visit the Professional Clothing Closet for free business attire.
