Join Student Life/AmeriCorps VISTA in collaboration with the Culinary Department for an interactive cooking demo designed to help students build practical, budget-friendly cooking skills.

This live demonstration will be led by Beth Thompson, with support of a current culinary student, and will walk students through the cooking process step-by-step. Participants will have the opportunity to watch, ask questions, and engage throughout the session in a relaxed, hands-on learning environment.

The goal of this event is to boost confidence around meal preparation, budgeting, and food access—while making cooking feel approachable, empowering, and fun.
